Returns
You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
To start a return, please contact us at ceo@glowlyric.store with your order number and reason for return.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Sale or clearance items are non-returnable.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll replace it as quickly as possible!
